What makes the Mariner of the Seas so special?
It is a nautical marvel that has just received over 100 million dollars in renovations. Rock-climbing, bungee jumping, mini-golf, full court basketball court, an escape room, and that’s just the beginning. There are six whirlpools, three pools, flow rider, laser tag and an ice skating rink, all while sailing in the middle of the sea!

This is the perfect vacation for the entire family. There is the Adventure Ocean Club for children to play, do crafts, stories, etc. The Royal Babies and Tots nursery will ensure that our littlest cruisers have fun while being well cared for. And for your teens, there is a full size arcade, the Living Room (where they can hang), the Fuel Teen Disco and The Back Deck. In addition to these we will have special events for the teens to hang with an artist or two, special teen devos and other activities.
Tell me about theme nights?
We will have three theme nights on the cruise, Formal Night – a fun night to kick off those flip flops and wear your best, Luau Night – this will really get your into the Caribbean mood, and 80’s night. – all things, like totally neon, and we’ll finish the evening with a Glow-Dance Party. The prize patrol will be out looking for the best costumes.
Will I get hungry on the cruise?
In one simple answer, No! There is always something available to eat on the cruise. Complimentary Dining includes the main dining room, the Boardwalk Dog House (hot dogs of all types!), the Windjammer buffet and Café Promenade that always has yummy snacks.
What are the Specialty Restaurants and are they worth the extra money?
YES! Chops Grille (steakhouse), Izumi Hibachi and Sushi, Jamie’s Italian, and Johnny Rockets are a flat price per person, and you can eat until your heart is content. We’ve eaten at all four of the restaurants, and they are all delicious. The Playmakers Sports Bar & Arcade, Ice Cream Parlor and Starbucks are also extra costs, but a lot of fun.
